Destination: Matheran 8-day adventure-based programmes for children from different schools that helps them to discover themselves by interacting with new people and a new environment.A dense evergreen rain-fed forest capping a rocky plateau. A toy train merrily chugging its way to the top. Horses and an occasional hand pulled rickshaw as the only means of transport. Narrow “Kacha” paths leading to points with breathtaking views including a view of the Bombay harbour. A perfectly balanced, pollution-free ecology rich in nature’s bounties. At Matheran you get a feel of what the world must have been like in days gone by. Here time stood still and let the mad rush of modernity pass Matheran by. Matheran is the only place in India, where cars or other mechanical forms of transport (like the bicycles) are not permitted. Matheran is an ideal camping ground and offers better opportunities to be one with nature than most other destinations. Vagabonding Jr.Adventure - Sahyadri Vagabonding Objective: To traverse across the coastal Plains to the Deccan Plateau exploring the surroundings and ourselves and in turn fine tuning our sense of Safety & Judgment ,increasing our Environmental Awareness while practicing Leadership & Teamwork and learning essential Outdoor Skills in one the best classrooms - The wilderness Destination – Matheran - Karjat - Lonavla Dates - 24th Dec -30th Dec (Age group: 16 & above) Duration - 6 nights / 7days per camp Minimum No. of Participants - 10 Last date for enrolment – 24th November Cost - Rs 7,800/- per participant Vagabonding Sr.Himalayan Vagabonding A 12-day expedition-style backpacking program for 18 and above. Objective: To Trek across the Pir Panjal Range exploring the surroundings and ourselves and in turn fine tuning our sense of Safety & Judgment, increasing our Environmental Awareness while practicing Leadership & Teamwork and learning essential Outdoor Skills in one the best classrooms - The wildernessan Destination – Manali Dates - 1st August -12th August (Age group: 16 & above) Duration - 11 nights / 12 days per camp Minimum No. of Participants - 10 Last date for enrolment – 10th July Cost - Rs 14,200/- per participant
